Day 1 - intention

Day 1- let's start with intention for these 21 Days together.

What is the first thing you think of when asked to set an intention? Do you think really specific like ... "I want to manifest $10,000" or "I want to wake-up early everyday"? "I want to take away one great new habit." That's great. Specificity is powerful.

I also encourage you to contemplate the subtle. How do you want to feel? How do you want to move through the 21 Days? example "I intend to feel ease in my body" or "I want to shift my relationship to money" or as general as "I want to enjoy this process."

I will be posting a video tonight at 9pm EST just before bed about intention.
